Refund Policy

Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a returns address. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged through wear or improper care
- Underwear or items where tags have been removed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
